DUE TO THE WORLD-WIDE INCREASE IN SHIPPING VOLUME SINCE THE ONSET OF COVID, CARRIERS MAY OCCASIONALLY EXPERIENCE DELAYS THAT ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL... ORDER PROCESSING TIMES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL. IN THE EVENT OF AN UNEXPECTED CARRIER DELAY, YOU CAN VIEW UPDATES HERE.*
1. WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Free ground shipping is available on all domestic orders of $100 or more.
Free shipping is available on international orders of $300 USD or more. Duties + taxes do not apply towards the order total.
2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days from the date of your order confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
*Once your order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for transit + delivery. Generation Zillionaire is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Delivery times are estimates + are not guaranteed by Generation Zillionaire in the event of forces of nature or other uncontrollable events.*
3. CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?
Orders may not be cancelled at any time.
4. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
To begin a return, please contact heyqueen@generationzillionaire.com. Make sure to include your order number in your email. We will reply with return instructions. We offer pre-paid shipping labels on items being returned for store credit. Returns for a refund must be self-shipped, please maintain your tracking information until you have been credited.
Full-price items must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. All returns are subject to a $6 restocking fee. International returns are subject to approval. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs in addition to our standard restocking fee.
Sale items that are valid for return, must be mailed back within 10 days of delivery + will be exchanged for store credit only.
*Returned items must be returned in the exact same condition they were received. Items marked “final sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit.*
5. DO YOU HONOR PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
Due to limited product availability we are unable to honor price adjustments at this time.
6. I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your item is defective, please contact heyqueen@generationzillionaire.com within seven days of delivery.
